Narrative Summary of StanzaOne App Role: UX Team Lead & Strategist Project: StanzaOne – Property Management Dashboard As the UX Team Lead for StanzaOne, I steered the product strategy from a generic management tool to a culturally adaptive platform. My primary focus was Risk Mitigation: I applied 'High-Tech Anthropology' frameworks (analyzing the Amazon Cape Town case study) to identify that a standard 'Western' dashboard would fail with our specific demographic. To solve this, I pivoted our roadmap to prioritize 'Localized Logic'—integrating WhatsApp for urgent communication and creating a 'Comprobante Verification Portal' to digitize manual receipt habits. I facilitated the discovery workshops that defined our Vision and Mission, and translated high-level cultural insights into actionable Service Blueprints for the design and engineering teams."
